Select your device by serial number. Your bracelet is now paired with your phone.
Put the bracelet on. Place the wrist in the habit position. Hold still and press Calibrate. Enter a name for this position. The bracelet will now vibrate when the hand returns to that position. You can add additional positions by pressing Calibrate again.
To delete a position, slide the calibration to the left and then press "Delete".
The bracelet only works while paired with a phone, so you must keep it within range of the phone in order for it to function. The Slightly Robot app must be running on your phone, so if you turn your phone off and on again you may have to reopen the app.
You should charge the bracelet overnight each night.
The bracelet vibrates whenever you leave your hand in a calibrated orientation for too long. You can adjust how long this is with the "Trigger time" value in settings.
Once the bracelet vibrates you should remove your hand from the calibrated position. If you don't, the bracelet will vibrate again. This indicates that it is recording an event of pulling, picking, etc. The first vibration is only a warning. Two or more vibrations in a row will be recorded.
Make sure that the bracelet is on the same wrist, in the same direction as when you calibrated it.
Turn your phone's Bluetooth off and on again.
Double-check that the bracelet is plugged-in and has been charging for at least 5 minutes.
Check that you're running the newest version of the app and that your phone's operating system is updated.
Download the MetaWear iPhone app and update the bracelet's firmware. This does two things. Firstly it updates the firmware in case we forgot to before mailing your bracelet. Secondly it performs a factory reset, even if you're already running the newest firmware. Please be careful that you have a reliable Wi-Fi connection so that the firmware update is not interrupted. Be aware that your bracelet cannot connect to the MetaWear app and the Slightly Robot app simultaneously. You will have to disconnect from the Slightly Robot app before connecting MetaWear. Reseting your bracelet will not delete calibrations nor logged events.
The bracelet can only connect to one phone at a time, so if you're testing the bracelet on multiple phones, turn off phones you are not using while you try to establish a connection. An ongoing, often invisible, connection to one phone will prevent the bracelet from showing up on a new phone.
